Refund policy
We encourage all customers to carefully review the return information provided within each individual product description prior to placing an order. Each item clearly states whether it is eligible for return or exchange, and these conditions may vary by product. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and understand these details before completing a purchase.
To initiate a return, customers must log into their account on our website using the email address associated with the original order, allowing the customer to open a return request. Using this method, return requests are subject to approval. A return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery; requests submitted outside of this window will be automatically declined. International customers are required to manage their own return costs.
To manage your own return faster, please send your returns to Doliiverse, 82 Highstreet, Office 7, Longferry House, DA11 0BH. Please ensure you have your packaging slip inside of the return parcel so I can identify the order.
Eligible items may be returned for any reason, including but not limited to sizing issues, product damage, dissatisfaction with fit or appearance, or no longer being needed. Once a return request is approved, a return shipping label will be provided. Please note that the cost of the return label is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the total refund amount. The provided return label must be used within 7 days of issuance, as labels expire after this period.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will conduct a thorough inspection. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. If the return reason selected is “no longer needed,” the item must be unopened and in its original, unused condition. Items that do not meet these requirements may be rejected and returned to the customer.
Once the return has been approved following inspection, a refund will be processed within 7 working days of the item being delivered back to us. After the refund confirmation email is issued, please allow an additional 5–10 working days for the funds to be reflected in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.
