Every Doliiverse product listing includes its own specific fulfilment information. This will clearly state whether an item is in stock or available for pre-order, alongside any applicable processing or estimated dispatch information.

Doliiverse is independently run by one person, so every order is personally reviewed, prepared, checked and packed by me before dispatch.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed the information displayed on the product page before ordering.

♡ Please remember: processing time and delivery time are two separate timeframes.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER ♡

Processing times may vary depending on the item purchased and will always be disclosed where applicable on the product listing.

Orders typically require 5–10 working days to be processed before dispatch.

This processing period allows me time to personally complete:

♡ Payment and fraud checks
♡ Order preparation
♡ Quality control
♡ Packing and fulfilment

Working days are Monday–Friday and exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, the courier’s delivery timeframe begins. Delivery time is not included within the 5–10 working day processing period.

PRE-ORDERS ♡

If an item is listed as a pre-order, the estimated shipping or dispatch information shown on that specific product page applies to your order.

Please check the product listing carefully before purchasing, as pre-order items may have a longer fulfilment period than items that are already in stock.

Where an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order may be dispatched together once every item is ready unless otherwise stated.

SHIPPING WITH ROYAL MAIL ♡

All Doliiverse orders are shipped exclusively using Royal Mail.

I currently do not offer alternative express courier services such as UPS or FedEx.

This decision follows repeated issues involving unpaid customs charges through express courier networks, which can result in parcels being delayed, held or returned.

Using Royal Mail allows me to keep the shipping process more consistent and helps minimise customs-related complications for customers.

UK NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY ♡

Where available, Doliiverse offers:

Royal Mail Guaranteed by 1PM – Next Working Day

Orders must be placed before 12PM to be eligible.

Please note that selecting a next-working-day delivery service does not automatically override the processing time displayed for the product.

Next-day delivery refers to the Royal Mail delivery service used after your order has been processed and dispatched.

If you need an item urgently, please check that the product is in stock and review the processing information before ordering.

ORDER TRACKING ♡

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent using the contact details provided at checkout.

Please allow time for Royal Mail tracking to register its first scan after dispatch.

Tracking updates are controlled by Royal Mail once your parcel has entered their network.

COLLECTION ♡

Doliiverse offers a collection service from Gravesend, Kent on working days, subject to availability.

As the brand is run independently by me, all collection requests must be arranged directly with me before travelling to the collection location.

If you would like to collect an order, please contact Doliiverse Customer Support by email or telephone to request either:

♡ Same-day collection, where available
♡ Collection on another selected working day

Collection availability depends entirely on whether the requested item and selected size are physically in stock at the time of your request.

A collection is only confirmed once I have personally checked the stock and sent you confirmation.

Please do not travel to collect an order until you have received confirmation from me.

Orders that have not been confirmed for collection will not be available for pickup.

♡ IF YOU HAVE ALREADY PLACED YOUR ORDER

If your order has already been placed and paid for and you would like to collect it from the Gravesend, Kent collection location, please contact me directly.

If the item is available, collection can usually be arranged promptly.

Once I confirm the collection, I will prepare your order and make it available on the agreed working day during the confirmed collection hours.

♡ IF YOU HAVE NOT PURCHASED YET

If you would like to arrange collection before placing your order, please contact me first.

I will check whether your chosen item and size are currently available.

If the stock is available, I may temporarily reserve the item for you for a maximum of one (1) hour.

Your purchase must be completed within this one-hour reservation period.

If payment is not completed within this timeframe, the item may be released and made available for purchase again.

Your collection date and time will only be confirmed after payment has been received.

CUSTOMS & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ♡

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or additional charges imposed by their destination country.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are separate from the amount paid to Doliiverse at checkout unless explicitly stated otherwise.

I recommend checking your country’s import requirements before placing an international order.
