Shipping policy
Please review the shipping information carefully prior to placing an order. Each product listing includes specific shipping details that apply to that individual item. This information clearly states whether the item is a pre-order or an in-stock product and outlines the applicable processing and delivery timelines. Customers are responsible for reviewing these details before completing a purchase.
Processing times vary depending on the item ordered and are disclosed within the product description. Orders typically require 5–10 working days for processing before dispatch. This timeframe accounts for fraud analysis, order preparation, quality checks, and fulfillment. Once dispatched, delivery times are subject to the courier’s standard service timelines and are not included in the processing period.
All orders are shipped exclusively via Royal Mail. We do not offer express or alternative courier services such as UPS or FedEx. This policy is in place due to repeated issues with unpaid customs charges associated with express couriers, which result in delayed or returned shipments. By using Royal Mail, we aim to ensure a more reliable delivery process and minimise complications related to customs clearance.
We offer a collection service on working days, subject to availability. Customers who wish to collect their order must contact our Customer Support Centre by email or telephone to arrange either a same-day collection or a collection on a selected working day from GRAVESEND, KENT.
Please note that collection can only be arranged if the requested item and the selected size are fully in stock at the time of the request. Collection requests are confirmed only after verification of stock availability and receipt of confirmation from our Customer Support team. Orders that have not been confirmed for collection will not be available for pickup.
Example 1 – Order Already Placed:
If a customer has already placed and paid for an order and wishes to collect it from our Gravesend, Kent office, the collection can be confirmed almost immediately. Once confirmed by our Customer Support team, the order will be made available for collection on a working day during working hours.
Example 2 – No Purchase Made Yet:
If a customer has not yet completed a purchase and wishes to arrange a collection, we will first check stock availability. If the item and size are available, we can temporarily reserve the stock for up to one (1) hour only. During this time, the customer must complete the purchase. The collection date and time will be confirmed only after payment has been received.
